Cauliflower Rice & Caramelised Tofu

Ingredients for 3 people

1/2 Cauliflower
1 Apple
Almonds, hazelnuts, etc ( Use the nuts of your choice )
Mint ( about 10 to 15 leaves )
1 Carrot
Parsley
500gr. Tofu
1ts Apple vinegar or Lemon juice
3el Olive Oil
Salt

Preparation cauliflower rice:

Grind the mixed nuts in the food processor and put them in a cup.
Grind the apple, cauliflower, carrot, parsley, and mint leaves.
Mix all the grind ingredients in a big bowl and then start adding the olive oil, honey, soya sauce, lemon juice or apple vinegar, and the salt.

Preparation Caramelised Tofu:

Cut the tofu into thin slices and submerge the slices in a bowl with soya sauce, bruin sugar or honey, and olive oil.
warm a pan with some oil and fry the tofu for about 10 minutes
