recipe for nut's bonbons

Energy nuts bonbons

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups mix nuts
  • 1/4 cup cocoa nibs
  • 1/4 cup hemp seed
  • 1/4 cup cranberries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup dates (without seed)
  • 2 tbs maple syrup
  • spices to taste: cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, (1 tsp per kind)

Preparation

Grind the nuts first in the food processor
then add all the other ingredients
should the mixture not stick enough add some maple syrup or dates to the mixture until it looks like a compact big ball.
Make bars or small round balls and your energy bonbons are ready to eat!
