
Ingredients:
For one big mug of tea
- 1/2 tsp Tumeric
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper ( grinded )
- 1/2 tsp fennel ( grinded )
- 1/2 tsp licorice ( grinded )
CAUTION !! When you have high blood pressure, do NOT use
this ingredient - 1/4 tsp Cardamon
- 2 or 3 pieces of Clove
- 15 leaves of basil
- 15 leaves of mint
- 3 cm of ginger
Preparation:
- Boil the water with the ginger pieces for approximately 3 minutes
- Grind the rest of the ingredients together and mix them with the ginger tea.
- Close the lid and let it rest for about 10 minutes
Drink as hot as possible 3 times a day for a minimum of 2 days
